. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, existing client connections, and a proven track record in selling construction and building material products within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales for building materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitaryware, electricals, wood, etc.)
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and traders
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals
Follow up on LPOs, deliveries, and payment collections
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications (Mandatory)
Minimum
2-5 years of experience in building materials sales
Strong knowledge of the
UAE building materials market
Experience dealing with contractors, project sites, and trading customers
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Preferred (Added Advantage)
Existing client base in Abu Dhabi / Dubai
Experience in project sales and bulk orders
Arabic language skills
