Hatta Outdoor is preparing for Season 6 starting September 2023. We are looking to employ Outdoor Activity Instructors. These Instructors will ensure the users of adventurous activities such as Zip Line, Ropes Course, Rock Climbing, and Archery use the correct technique, are safe, and enjoy their experience. The physically demanding role involves working outside and (possibly) at heights. Relevant experience is preferred but not essential as we provide thorough training in all aspects of the role. Reporting to Senior Instructors and assisted by colleagues the Instructor will share responsibility for the smooth running and delivery of Hatta Outdoor\xe2\x80\x99s operations.

Responsibilities

Follow clear operating procedures.
Give practical demonstrations, instructions, and advice to participants.
Instruct in one or more specialist areas, such as archery or climbing.
Make sure that all equipment and facilities are safe.
Explain safety procedures and correctly fit equipment.
Look after and check equipment including cleaning and maintenance as required.
Monitor weather conditions and advise accordingly.
Assess hazards and manage risks.
Record accidents/incidents and complete incident reports.
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
Deal with accidents and help people.
Motivate and encourage users.
Other relevant duties the organization might require.
