Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to secure timely motor insurance renewals
• Prepare and manage insurance quotations, follow-ups, confirmations, and policy issuance support
• Cross-sell complementary insurance products to increase customer value
• Achieve renewal conversion, premium, and productivity KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and customer interactions
• Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams when required
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused sales experience at all times

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or insurance sales
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service quality and retention
• Ability to work in a KPI-driven sales environment
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance sales processes
