Outdoor Sales Executive - Building Materials

Sales Manager / Area Sales Head

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Outdoor Sales Executive

with solid experience in the

building materials industry

to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the construction sector, the ability to close deals on-site, and a hands-on approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell a wide range of building materials (e.g. cement, steel, tiles, gypsum, insulation, etc.) to contractors, developers, construction companies, and retailers. Identify and target new business opportunities in RAK and surrounding regions through site visits, cold calls, and field research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules in coordination with the internal sales/logistics teams. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Track market trends, competitor activity, and construction project updates to stay ahead. Provide technical product knowledge and recommend appropriate solutions based on project requirements. Prepare daily reports on visits, leads, conversions, and market feedback.

Requirements

Experience:

3-5 years of outdoor sales experience in

building materials

in the UAE (RAK experience preferred).

Language:

Proficiency in English is required

Arabic communication skills are highly preferred

for client engagement and regional outreach
?

Education:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence in cold calling and on-site selling Basic understanding of construction project cycles

Driving license:

UAE driving license is

mandatory
