The OTP Specialist is part of the company's independent security department. This position is responsible for managing and sending critical "one-time passwords (OTP) " in business processes, ensuring the security of all authority verification and transaction operations. This is a position that requires a high degree of responsibility, personal simplicity and absolute loyalty to the company.

The OTP Specialist belongs to the company's independent Security Department. This role is responsible for managing and distributing critical "One-Time Passwords (OTP)" within business workflows, ensuring the security of all permission validations and transactional operations. This position requires a candidate with a high sense of responsibility, a straightforward personal background, and absolute loyalty to the company.

[Core Responsibilities]

High Frequency Authentication Response (Real-time OTP Management)

Multi-platform monitoring:

Manage multiple secure mobile phones and devices simultaneously to ensure that one-time passwords (OTP) are obtained as soon as company colleagues initiate authentication requests.

Precise delivery:

Strictly check the source of the request, provide the correct verification code to the authorized cashier/operator, etc., to ensure that the payment, account opening, change of authority and other actions are not interrupted due to delay.

Authorization and Authorization

Request Verification:

Before issuing the verification code, you must confirm whether the requestor's identity has the authority for this operation according to the company's internal list.

Anti-counterfeiting monitoring:

Identify any abnormal authentication requests (e.g. abnormal logins during non-office hours, frequently repeated code requests), and have the right to suspend sending if risks are suspected.

Security Device Maintenance and Confidentiality (Device & Hardware Security)

Physical storage:

Responsible for the physical storage of all security hardware (SIM cards, mobile phones, encryptors) in the office, and strictly prohibit any unauthorized personnel from contacting.

Equipment online ensure:

daily check the power, signal stability and network connection, to ensure that all authentication channels are available.

Strict operation logging and archiving (Daily Logging & Reporting)

Track record:

record the flow of each verification code (time, requestor, purpose, result) in detail, and fill in the Lark security form.

Change report:

Before get off work every day, it is necessary to summarize the number of verifications and any abnormal warnings on the day, and report directly to the department supervisor.

Independence and Discipline

Information gag:

Strictly abide by the non-disclosure agreement and do not disclose any verification logic or number of security devices to the outside world (even to non-relevant departments within the company).

Independent operation:

Adhere to a neutral position, do not participate in any product-side or business-side operational decisions, only focus on the implementation of security verification instructions.

High-Frequency Real-time OTP Management:

Multi-platform Monitoring:

Simultaneously manage multiple secure mobile devices and hardware to ensure OTPs are retrieved immediately when validation requests are initiated by colleagues.

Precise Transmission:

Strictly verify the source of requests and provide accurate codes to authorized cashiers or operations personnel, ensuring that payments, account openings, and permission changes proceed without delay.

Verification & Authorization:

Request Verification:

Before releasing any code, verify the requester's identity and authorization levels against internal company lists.

Anti-Fraud Monitoring:

Identify any abnormal validation requests (e.g., unusual login times, frequent repetitive requests) and exercise the authority to suspend transmission if risk is suspected.

Hardware Security & Maintenance:

Physical Custody:

Responsible for the physical safekeeping of all security hardware (SIM cards, mobile devices, authenticators) within the office; unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Uptime Assurance:

Conduct daily checks on battery levels, signal stability, and network connectivity to ensure all validation channels remain functional.

Strict Logging & Reporting:

Audit Trails:

Maintain detailed records of every code issued (timestamp, requester, purpose, result) within Lark security tables.

Activity Reporting:

Summarize daily validation volumes and any abnormal alerts for direct reporting to the Department Head before the end of each shift.

Independence & Discipline:

Information Secrecy:

Strictly adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA); do not disclose validation logic or the quantity of security devices to external parties or unrelated internal departments.

Neutral Operation:

Maintain an independent stance; do not participate in product or business operational decisions, focusing solely on the execution of security validation protocols.
