Will answer Iranian customer e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments.
Reporting to the Senior Head of Dubai Office. Will provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts
Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively and will provide support and troubleshooting on platforms.
Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
Key Candidate Criteria
Ideally has a customer service representative experience, but graduates or no experience can also apply
Knowledge of the Financial Market will be preferred
Ideally no more than 7 - 8 years experience max
Seriously looking to relocate to Dubai
Fluent in English and Farsi / Persian / Iranian
