For more details, please visit our website www.3wnetworks.com Job Title: OT Cyber Security Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Duration: Full Time Description: Supporting 3W Networks Engineering team in the role of a Cyber Security Engineer adhering and striving to provide top quality solutions and services to our clients. Technical competencies to drive opportunities around ICS / OT managed security services and security consulting services while working closely with other solutions, Sales team channel/alliance managers, consulting and managed services team members and sister operating companies for designated accounts in support of key territory sales and account plans to achieve and exceed defined targets. Prepare statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating Security\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions. Work across multinational cross functional project teams, focusing on different product security. Proactively participate in developing \xe2\x80\x9cThe Client\xe2\x80\x9d market -driven competitive service offerings around ICS/SCADA, IIOT/IOT managed or Security Consulting/Solutions related areas for developing content while working with cross-functioning teams including professional services, product management, Solutions, sales and marketing Utilizing guidance from senior engineers, implement cybersecurity features based on best practices & conduct cyber security vulnerability assessments. Participate in analysing product security risks. Develop project and product documentation relative to cyber security. Prepare project technical reports, project progress reports and conduct technical presentations. Maintain current understanding of security-related tools. Develop a working knowledge of cyber security principles and elements. Provide support on cyber security related subjects including but not limited to hardware, software, intrusion detection/prevention, networking, active directory, auditing, logging and monitoring. Support teams during the investigation of suspected cyber security events at customer locations Implement security related vulnerability mitigations in development systems. Required Skillset: Assessment, design, and architect based on 3W Networks proven security solution set. Communicate technical capabilities of proposed solutions based on customer business and technical requirements. Demonstrate Proof of Concepts of proposed solutions based on customer business and technical requirements. Executes onsite and remote IT security projects and services adhering to 3W Networks Professional Services process and quality standards. Provides pre/post-sales updates and reports detailing project deliverable status including challenges and other opportunities to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements. A minimum of 9+ years of overall industry experience with a minimum of 5 years of specific experience in providing solutions for OT/ICS security projects in at-least one of the industry sectors e.g. Manufacturing, Automation, Power & Utilities, Oil and Gas, Nuclear or mining (experience in more than one of these industry sectors is a definite plus and highly desirable). Must to have technical knowledge in OT (Operational Technology) Cyber Security products like Cisco, Nozomi, Owl network, Forescout, Darktarce , Palo alto etc and its use cases Solid understanding of ICS/SCADA and IIOT/IOT related security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISA-99/IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, NEI 08-09 etc.), Guidelines (e.g. NIST 7628, NIST 800-82 etc.), breach incident response, and other international security best practices. Experience in preparing ICS/DCS/SCADA/IIOT technical solutions / security architecture blueprint and responding to large scale complex RFP is highly desirable. Information Security Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SCCP, GIAC, CISA or Ethical hacking. High level Solutions knowledge in networks, architecture, Cloud, AI & IoT. Implementation and architecture design compliant with IEC62443. Understanding of virtualized and physical computer systems Ability to balance multiple projects with prioritization guidance. Ability to identify issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
