Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated OSI PI Engineer with 7-11 years of experience to support the design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of OSIsoft PI System solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial data systems, process historians, and basic integration with operational technology (OT) and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain the OSI PI System (PI Server, PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, and PI Interfaces). Collect, store, and visualize real-time data from industrial processes. Develop PI Asset Framework (AF) models, templates, and event frames. Design and configure PI Vision dashboards and displays based on user requirements. Integrate data from field devices (PLC, SCADA, DCS systems) using standard PI interfaces and connectors. Monitor and troubleshoot data collection issues and PI system performance. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and IT teams to understand and fulfil data requirements. Provide technical support, documentation, and user training related to the PI System. Assist in PI System upgrades, patches, and cybersecurity compliance activities. Participate in the development of reports and analytics based on process data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science) or related field. At least 7 years of hands-on experience with OSIsoft PI System (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). Familiarity with PI Data Archive, PI Asset Framework (AF), and PI Vision. Basic knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLC systems, and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.). Good knowledge of OPC UA and OPC DA protocol Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
