We are seeking an experienced

Orthopedician

with in-depth knowledge of medical insurance procedures and a proven track record of effective clinical communication. The candidate must have a positive attitude, commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and experience working in Dubai healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and treating a daily average of

35-40 patients

. Conducting consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for orthopedic conditions. Handling medical insurance claims and understanding insurance procedures. Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Candidate Requirements

Male candidate with relevant medical qualification and Dubai practice experience. Proficient in

Hindi

and capable of effective communication. Knowledge of

medical insurance

processes is essential. Good attitude, dedicated to quality healthcare services. Preferably licensed or eligible for licensing in Dubai (DHA or DHA-eligible).

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary of AED 20,000 + incentives or revenue sharing (30%) Take-away income expected to be AED 30,000-35,000 in the first month, with potential for growth Additional benefits as per Dubai healthcare regulations
