We are seeking an experienced
Orthopedic Surgeon
(Male) with a strong clinical background and knowledge of
medical insurance procedures
. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
Hindi
, demonstrate excellent communication and diagnostic skills, and show unwavering commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, manage, and treat musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, joint issues, and related conditions.
Perform and oversee orthopedic surgeries as necessary.
Manage
35-40 patients daily
in outpatient and clinical settings.
Ensure comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate medical records in line with Dubai healthcare standards.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver quality outcomes.
Handle insurance documentation and approvals efficiently.
Work Schedule
6 working days per week.
1 weekly day off.
Split or straight duties based on operational needs.
Candidate Requirements
Male candidate
Proven experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon in
Dubai healthcare sector
.
Proficient in
Hindi
; English communication desirable.
Thorough understanding of
insurance processes
and patient record management.
DHA license or eligibility mandatory.
Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary: AED 20,000 + Incentives OR 30% revenue share (whichever is higher).
Average take-home: AED 30,000-35,000 from month 1, with growth potential.
