We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Orthopedic Specialist

to join our clinic in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, spine conditions, arthritis, and trauma Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Perform minor orthopedic procedures and refer for surgical interventions when required Prescribe medications, physical therapy, braces, and other non-surgical treatments in accordance with DOH guidelines Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in line with clinic policies and DOH standards Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, injury prevention, and post-treatment care Adhere to ethical standards, patient safety, infection control, and clinic protocols Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution Postgraduate qualification in Orthopedics (MS, MD, DNB, or equivalent)

Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or Eligibility is mandatory

Minimum relevant clinical experience as per DOH requirements Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience working in the UAE or GCC healthcare system Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Patient-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality care
