Orthopedic Consultant or Specialist

to join our growing team on a

part-time basis under a revenue-share or time-share model

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a

Western-qualified Orthopedic Surgeon

who specializes in

Spine, Sports Injuries, Foot & Ankle

, or

Hand Surgery

, and is looking to practice in a flexible, high-end clinical environment with full diagnostic and procedural support. You will work alongside a team of physiotherapists, rheumatologists, podiatrists, and other specialists in a collaborative, patient-focused setting.

Specialty Areas in Demand:

We welcome applications from Orthopedic Consultants or Specialists with a focus in one or more of the following:

Spine Surgery & Disorders Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy Foot & Ankle Surgery Hand & Upper Limb Surgery Joint Arthroplasty

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outpatient orthopedic consultations and evaluations Perform minor procedures, injections, and non-surgical treatments Refer to surgical units as needed (hospital privileges not mandatory) Collaborate with in-house physiotherapists and podiatrists for rehab and follow-up care Manage and grow your patient base, with full clinic support

Candidate Requirements:

Western medical qualification (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, etc.) Valid DHA Specialist or Consultant license in Orthopedics Minimum 5 years of practice experience in Dubai Strong clinical reputation and an existing patient base preferred Comfortable working on a part-time basis under a revenue-sharing model Committed to providing ethical, patient-centric orthopedic care
