Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Specialist to join its modern HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on patient-centered care. The successful candidate will bring expertise in orthopaedic medicine and surgery, advanced diagnostics, and rehabilitation, while contributing to the clinic's mission of delivering innovative and compassionate healthcare.
Core Duties

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, joint injuries, and degenerative diseases
• Conduct non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures including casting, arthroscopy, and joint injections
• Prescribe tailored treatment plans combining surgery, physiotherapy, and medication
• Assess patient conditions through physical examinations and imaging studies
• Provide education and guidance on rehabilitation, lifestyle adjustments, and long-term care
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, surgeons, and rehabilitation teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal recovery outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
• Engage in research, audits, and continuous education to enhance clinical expertise and service quality

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized medical institution
• Specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of specialist experience managing a broad range of orthopaedic conditions
• Strong ability to develop patient trust and build lasting professional relationships
• Publications or research in peer-reviewed journals are highly regarded
