Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an Orthopaedic Specialist to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders while ensuring patient-centered, evidence-based care. Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions including fractures, degenerative diseases, joint disorders, and sports injuries
• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures such as joint injections, arthroscopy, and casting
• Prescribe comprehensive treatment plans including physiotherapy, surgical intervention, and medication
• Evaluate patient conditions using imaging technologies and physical assessments
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting care plans as required
• Provide lifestyle, rehabilitation, and preventative guidance to patients and families
• Support patients with complex orthopaedic needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in clinical audits, medical research, and continuing education to advance orthopaedic practice

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as a Specialist Orthopaedic Physician
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum 5 years' experience at specialist level in orthopaedics
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong clinical experience in both surgical and non-surgical orthopaedic care
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
