Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking an Orthopaedic Specialist to join its HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, performing advanced orthopaedic procedures, and supporting patients through rehabilitation and recovery. Core Duties

• Diagnose and manage fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative musculoskeletal diseases
• Perform minimally invasive and non-invasive procedures including casting, joint injections, and arthroscopy
• Conduct physical assessments and utilize imaging tools to evaluate patient conditions
• Develop and prescribe individualized treatment plans involving surgery, physiotherapy, and medication
• Provide clear guidance to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment pathways, and rehabilitation practices
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans for improved outcomes
• Manage chronic orthopaedic conditions in collaboration with physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with clinic standards
• Participate in research, clinical audits, and ongoing medical education initiatives to maintain high service quality

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Orthopaedic Surgeon
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• At least 5 years of specialist-level experience in orthopaedics
• Fluency in English and Arabic required
• Strong ability to manage a wide range of orthopaedic cases
• Published work in peer-reviewed journals will be considered an advantage
