Position Overview: MedDental Clinic JLT Dubai is actively seeking a highly skilled Specialist Orthodontist proficient in Russian and English. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional orthodontic care to our diverse patient base, with a focus on improving smiles and enhancing overall oral health. Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic Assessment: Utilize various diagnostic tests to assess the condition of patients\' teeth.

Study patient records, dental histories, plaster models, and X-rays to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Treatment Planning and Communication: Discuss treatment plans and cost estimates with patients.

Treat occlusion issues and other oral conditions.
Instruct assistants on orthodontic procedures and techniques.
Collaborate with other specialists to coordinate orthodontic services within overall treatment plans.

• Treatment Execution and Follow-Up:Schedule and conduct regular checkups to adjust orthodontic appliances.

Educate patients on ongoing orthodontic care and proper oral hygiene methods.
Provide referrals to other professionals when necessary.

• Professional Development:Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Quickly integrate new technologies and treatment methodologies into practice.

• Utilization of Technology:Utilize cutting-edge orthodontic software and digital imaging tools for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Establish connections with industry experts to stay updated on advancements and best practices.
Incorporate digital orthodontic techniques, such as 3D imaging and computer-aided design (CAD).

• Quality Improvement and Patient Satisfaction:Proactively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.

Focus on patient satisfaction by incorporating feedback and preferences into treatment plans.
Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic scans for accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. Diagnostic Scans:

• CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)

Invisalign/Aligners:

• Customized Invisalign/Aligner Treatment Plans
• Digital Treatment Simulations

Orthodontic Types and Techniques:

• Traditional Braces: Metal Braces, Ceramic Braces
• Clear Aligners: Invisalign, ClearCorrect
• Lingual Braces
• Self-Ligating Braces
• Functional Appliances
• Space Maintainers
• Orthodontic Headgear
• Palatal Expanders
• Mini-Screws or Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs)
• Strong understanding of Orthognathic Surgery and strong referrals for surgery when needed.

Retainers:

• Digital Orthodontics
• Customized Brackets and Wires

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Dentistry with a specialization in Orthodontics.
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Eligibility Letter.
• Fluency in Russian and English languages.
• Proven experience as an Orthodontist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
