We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in orthodontics, with expertise in working with insurance companies, patient scheduling, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize patient schedules, ensuring a smooth appointment flow.
Coordinate with insurance companies for patient approvals, claims, and reimbursements.
Provide excellent customer service, handling patient inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Support orthodontic team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an Orthodontic Receptionist or similar role, preferably in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
Insurance Knowledge:
Familiarity with insurance processes related to orthodontic treatments.
Scheduling Skills
: Strong experience in managing patient schedules and follow-ups.
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
Technical Skills:
Comfortable with scheduling software and office management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of local insurance requirements in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
Previous experience in an orthodontic setting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying patient needs.
