Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Our growing dental clinic, located on Al Wasl Road, is looking for a

qualified and experienced Dental Assistant with strictly orthodontic assisting experience

. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience assisting an Orthodontist

and hold a

valid DHA Dental Assistant license

.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Orthodontist chairside during orthodontic procedures (braces, aligners, adjustments, wire changes, bonding/debonding). Prepare orthodontic treatment rooms and instruments prior to procedures. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper positioning during orthodontic treatments. Maintain accurate orthodontic patient records and clinical documentation. Sterilize, organize, and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment. Support smooth orthodontic clinic operations and daily workflow.

Requirements:

Valid DHA Dental Assistant License (Required). Minimum 3 years of continuous orthodontic assisting experience (mandatory). Strictly orthodontic background -- general dentistry, endodontic, or periodontic experience will not be considered. Strong knowledge of orthodontic procedures, materials, and infection control protocols. Excellent communication skills with a professional and patient-focused attitude. Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced orthodontic setting. Availability to work 6 days per week. Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and clinical excellence.
