Our Dubai-based client is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager to join their People & Culture function in a strategic, group-level role. This position will play a critical part in strengthening organizational effectiveness, governance, and performance across multiple business units and geographies, with primary coverage across the UAE and KSA. The OD Manager will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between business strategy, organizational structure, talent capability, and performance outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee group-wide organization design and structure optimisation, ensuring clear reporting lines, effective spans of control, and operational efficiency across all entities and regions.Develop, standardise, and maintain job architecture, job descriptions, and role evaluation frameworks, ensuring internal equity and alignment with business strategy and career pathways.Design, implement, and govern performance management frameworks, including KPI development, goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, annual appraisals, calibration processes, and executive reporting.Establish and continuously refine job grading structures, salary frameworks, and benefits alignment, supported by market benchmarking and compliance with UAE and KSA labour regulations.Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.Ensure strong governance, documentation, and standardisation of all OD policies, frameworks, and practices to support audit readiness and HR best practice.Partner closely with internal stakeholders including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to drive integrated people solutions.Engage and manage external consultants and benchmarking providers to ensure market competitiveness and continuous improvement.Drive initiatives focused on culture alignment, employee engagement, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness in line with strategic objectives.Support business transformation and expansion initiatives by ensuring smooth implementation of new structures and minimal operational disruption.Provide data-driven insights and reporting on workforce metrics, organisational health, performance trends, and grade/salary alignment to the leadership team.
Mandatory RequirementsMust have a minimum of 3 years of GCC regional work experienceMust have 5 years minimum specifically in Organizational DevelopmentBachelors degree minimum qualification
