Job Description

Role description
- Analyze and design the company's organizational structure
Collaborate with top management and executives to align changes
Develop proposals for departmental restructuring and new management models
Oversee implementation of changes and evaluate effectiveness
Prepare and present proactive recommendations on organizational design * Research competitors and industry practices from an organizational design perspective
Requirements
- Experience in HRD, organizational development, or change management
Proven experience working with founders and C-level executives
Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies
Strong systems thinking, strategic planning, and risk assessment skills
Ability to operate in conditions of uncertainty and incomplete information
Willingness to combine strategic work with hands-on operational tasks
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Flexible mindset with the ability to defend your position and reach agreements
