Key Responsibilities:

Optimize property listings, blog posts, and landing pages to rank on search engines Improve domain authority through high-quality backlinks and technical SEO Create valuable content (blogs, videos, infographics) that informs and engages property buyers and investors Manage and update the company blog regularly Create and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Showcase properties, market insights, and customer testimonials to build trust Build an organic email list through newsletters, content signups, and gated downloads Manage and engage in relevant online communities Start and contribute to discussions around real estate trends, buying tips, and property investments Position the brand as a helpful, trustworthy resource in the property space
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in organic digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property services

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools

(Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) Proven ability to grow social media followings and drive traffic organically Excellent writing and content creation skills Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage
