Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders in a professional and courteous manner.
Accurately enter orders into the POS system with close attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
Provide informed recommendations and respond confidently to guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.
Handle guest requests, changes, or concerns with discretion and a service-oriented approach.
Ensure the order-taking station remains clean, organized, and fully prepared at all times.
Collaborate closely with waitstaff, kitchen teams, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel in GCC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-focused mindset.
Proficiency in POS systems and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced setting.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage.
