Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process guest in-room dining orders via telephone with accuracy and professionalism
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer guest queries confidently
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and correct order delivery
• Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are followed at all times
• Use Micros or related POS systems accurately for order entry and tracking
• Maintain a calm, positive, and patient approach when handling guest requests

Ideal Profile

• Comfortable engaging with guests over the telephone in a professional manner
• Passionate about food and beverage service and guest satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good working knowledge of Micros or similar systems
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is an advantage
