Order Taker (Food & Beverage)
In-Room Dining, Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi
We have a great opportunity for a Service Associate to join our In-Room Dining team. The successful applicant will play an important role in assisting the private dining team to deliver consistent and quality service to our guests. The chosen candidate will be expected to deliver the quality of service for which Traders Hotel is known and loved.

What will you do?
Interact with clients and understand their needs.
Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
Work with In-Room dining colleagues to keep excellent service standards.
Communicate effectively the requests of the guest with both kitchen and service associates.
Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
