As an Order Packing Fulfillment Associate, you'll ensure orders are packed accurately, shipped efficiently, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities
Pack Orders
: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to company standards, ensuring products are secure and ready for delivery.
Create ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices)
: Prepare and input accurate ASNs to notify warehouses and carriers of incoming shipments, ensuring seamless inventory tracking.
Inventory Management
: Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring stock accuracy.
Quality Control
: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to uphold Amazon and Noon's high-quality standards.
Safety Compliance
: Adhere to workplace safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with fulfillment center teams to meet daily packing and shipping targets.
Qualifications
Education
: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
: Previous experience in warehousing or fulfillment is a plus but not required; training provided.
Skills
:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced settings.
Basic computer skills for creating ASNs and using inventory systems.
