As Order Management Directo

r

, you'll be at the heart of our order-to-delivery process -- ensuring seamless coordination across project creation, order validation, quote refresh, and invoicing. You will partner with cluster teams and the Central Order Fulfillment (OF) group to ensure precise execution, accurate production demand, and timely customer deliveries.


This role is pivotal in supporting our regional growth strategy and enhancing customer satisfaction through streamlined processes and proactive collaboration.

Location:

Turkey, Egypt, or Dubai

Travel:

Up to 25% international travel

Impact:

Direct influence on order performance, factory alignment, and project delivery

What you bring

You're an experienced project leader with the ability to optimize global order management processes. You understand project delivery from both operational and customer satisfaction standpoints.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field 5-7 years of experience in project coordination or project management Experience in a matrix or decentralized organizational structure Solid understanding of service and order fulfillment processes Expertise in project planning and execution Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills Effective stakeholder engagement and mentoring capabilities Proficiency with CRM and project coordination tools We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement--your unique skills and experiences might be exactly what we're looking for!
