As an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon with WizeJob, you'll play a critical role in managing surgical cases ranging from wisdom tooth extraction to facial trauma reconstruction. You'll work closely with dental specialists, ENT surgeons, and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal outcomes for your patients. This role requires not only surgical expertise but also compassion, communication, and a commitment to excellence in care.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex surgical procedures including jaw correction, implants, bone grafting, and trauma surgery
• Diagnose oral conditions and plan individualized treatment strategies
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to guide clinical decisions
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Provide thorough post-operative instructions and monitor recovery
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Stay updated on surgical techniques and innovations in oral maxillofacial care
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Job Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Completed residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Board-certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Valid medical or dental license to practice in UAE or eligibility for licensing
• Proven experience in surgical procedures involving head, face, jaws, and neck
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and surgical skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
