We are seeking a skilled and passionate Oral Dental Surgeon to join our dynamic team.
In this role, the Oral Dental Surgeon will be responsible for performing a wide range of advanced dental procedures with precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oral surgery and a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with patients, colleagues, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex dental procedures including extractions, implants, tissue grafting, and jaw surgeries with accuracy and efficiency
- Assess and diagnose patients' oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient evaluations and provide appropriate care and instructions
- Collaborate with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment for patients
- Keep abreast of new dental technologies, techniques, and materials to improve the quality of care offered to patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and follow all legal and ethical standards for patient care
Qualifications:
- Degree in Dentistry from an accredited university
- Post-graduate training in Oral Surgery from a recognized institution
- Current license to practice as a Dental Surgeon in the state
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oral surgery, including advanced procedures
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
