3+ years of experience working with Oracle HR or HRMS modules.
Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle HCM Cloud HR modules.
Solid experience with Core HR, SSHR, and related HR functions.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive data and operate in high-security environments.
Oracle certification in HR or HCM modules.
Familiarity with reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, etc.) and basic technical troubleshooting.
