Required Skills and Experience:

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), specifically in implementation, configuration, and support of HR applications.
Oracle HR Modules:

Strong knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Absence Management, and Compensation Management.
Expertise in HR business processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation planning.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM and its advanced features like Talent Review, Oracle Social Sourcing, and AI-based Recruiting.

Oracle HRMS / Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Configuration:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite) or Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits.
Conduct detailed business requirement analysis, collaborating with HR teams to understand their processes and tailor Oracle HR solutions to meet those needs.
Configure HR modules to support business processes, aligning them with best practices while ensuring system optimization.
Implement role-based security, workflow configurations, and approval hierarchies to ensure compliance and seamless processes.
