Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, HR compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
Strong technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Learning, Talent, Compensation etc.).
Secondary skill can be Core HR, Payroll etc.
Experience configuring approval workflows, security, and custom roles.
Strong understanding of HCM REST API and SOAP services.
Proven experience in end-to-end HRMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows, and technical solutions.
Knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Reports, Workflows, and integrations with ERP or third-party systems.
Experience in designing dashboards, HR analytics, and reporting solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Awareness of project management methodologies and ability to adhere to timelines and deliverables.
