Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Premise EBS. The ideal candidate will act as a Functional SME, leading full-cycle implementations, payroll configurations, integrations, and global rollouts, primarily within the Middle East region (KSA preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Payroll, Global HR, and Talent Management
Act as Functional SME, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, build prototypes, and lead configuration and design workshops
Drive data migration activities using FBL, HDL, HCM Extracts, and other Oracle tools
Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems
Provide technical support using PL/SQL, Fast Formula, reports, and HCM extracts
Support both Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Prem EBS in an Onsite-Offshore delivery model
Lead and support application rollout to new entities and additional regions
Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery and business support
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall Oracle HCM experience
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM full life-cycle implementations
Minimum 3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, including Payroll
Strong experience in Payroll, Global HR, and Talent Management
Expertise in Data Migration & Integrations
Proficiency in Fast Formula, PL/SQL, Reporting, HCM Extracts
Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and On-Prem EBS
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Middle East implementation experience, preferably Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Experience with multi-entity and multi-country rollouts
Soft Skills
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
