Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide expertise and support in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM software for clients.
  • Implementation Planning: Collaborating with clients to understand their HR business processes, requirements, and goals. Developing implementation plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • System Configuration: Configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules according to client requirements, including core HR, payroll, talent management, benefits, compensation, and workforce management. Customizing workflows, data structures, security settings, and user interfaces.
  • Data Migration: Assisting clients in migrating their HR data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM. Mapping data fields, ensuring data integrity, and performing data validation and cleansing activities.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conducting system testing, including functional and integration testing, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle Fusion HCM configurations. Identifying and resolving any issues or defects that arise during testing.
  • Training and Documentation: Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users, administrators, and stakeholders. Creating documentation such as user guides, process flows, and configuration documents to support system usage and maintenance.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support to clients for Oracle Fusion HCM applications. Addressing user inquiries, resolving system issues, and troubleshooting technical problems. Collaborating with Oracle support teams if necessary.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Keeping up-to-date with Oracle Fusion HCM releases, new features, and enhancements. Assisting clients in planning and executing system upgrades, including regression testing, configuration updates, and data migration.
  • Best Practices and Consultancy: Staying informed about industry best practices and trends in HR and HCM technology. Offering guidance and recommendations to clients on optimizing their HR processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities, and driving business value.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Strong experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM application architecture, data structures, and integration points.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM tools, such as Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
  • Familiarity with HR business processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance related to areas such as payroll, benefits, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements, identify system issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, gather requirements, and train end-users.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or administration is highly desirable.
