8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Modules implementation \xe2\x80\x93 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Performance, Absence, Talent Management, Learning Management, Compensation and Benefits.\xe2\x80\x93 At least 2 End to End implementations experience of Oracle HCM Modules
\xe2\x80\x93 Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud a huge plus
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to quickly understand HR and Payroll concepts and apply to technology
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to produce artefacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, training documents
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to do Fusion Application Configuration, Testing.
\xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of application to application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud or SOA is desirable
\xe2\x80\x93 Determination, self-motivation and an eagerness to take on new challenges
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong written and verbal communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of Clients/Business
