Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems, including Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Yardi, and other financial solutions.
Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial systems.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the systems are up-to-date and meet business requirements.
Provide support and training to finance and accounting teams on the use of financial systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial systems.
Lead and manage financial system projects, including system implementations, migrations, and integrations.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to support system implementation and maintenance activities.
Analyze and evaluate financial system processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
