Qualifications



Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud) modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (FA/AA), Cash Management, Budgeting and Expense Management. In-depth understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and statutory compliance. Experience in end-to-end finance ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go-Live support. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into ERP solutions. Experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, management reporting, and dashboards. Knowledge of integration points between finance modules and other ERP modules such as Procurement, Payroll, and HR. Experience in data migration, reconciliation, and validation during implementations or upgrades. Strong skills in SQL, BI reporting tools (OBIEE, OTBI, BOBJ), Excel, and financial analytics. Ability to conduct workshops, end-user training, and prepare functional documentation. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement. Awareness of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance requirements. * Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
