VAM Systems is currently looking for Oracle ERP Human Resources Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions: Qualifications and Experience Essential (Minimum) University Degree in IT from a recognized university or institution or certifications in the specialized domain 3+ year technical functional experience in E-Business Suite (HCM) . Desirable (Optional) Oracle certification (OCP) in E-Business Suite applications. Skills: Essential (Minimum) Fluent in English (Both writing & speaking). Analytical and technical troubleshooting skills Technical skills: The ability to navigate and use Oracle R12 HCM, including SQL and PL/SQL programming skills to write queries and create reports. Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and make decisions based on the information provided by Oracle R12 HCM. Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management, particularly when it comes to explaining complex technical issues or providing training. Desirable (Optional) Customer service awareness and skills Business Professional Language Project management skills: The ability to plan, implement and manage projects related to Oracle R12 HCM. Fluent in Arabic (Both writing & speaking). Knowledge Essential (Minimum) Knowledge of Oracle R12 HCM: Familiarity with the functional and technical aspects of the software, including its modules and features. Functional knowledge of HR processes: A good understanding of human resources processes, such as recruitment, employee management, payroll, and benefits administration. Desirable Familiarity with the Apex development environment: Knowledge of the Apex development environment, including the Application Builder, SQL Workshop, and the Object Browser, is crucial for creating and maintaining Apex applications. Knowledge of web development technologies: Good understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is important for customizing the look and feel of applications and for integrating them with other systems. Main Duties: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues: Responding to user reports of problems and troubleshooting technical issues related to the software, such as errors, bugs, and system crashes. b. Providing user support: Assisting users with Oracle R12 HCM, including answering questions, providing training, and helping users navigate the system. c. Keeping software updated: Keeping the software up-to-date, including applying patches, upgrades, and other software updates as they are released by Oracle. d. Customization of software: Customizing the software as per the business needs and implementing the same, This would require knowledge of Oracle Application Framework, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow and Oracle Discoverer. e. Managing and maintaining integrations: As R12 HCM is integrated with other systems within the organization such as ERP, Oracle Apex Built applications and other systems, Support and maintenance of these integrations is also an important duty for Oracle ERP Support.
