Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary job duty is to sell Noventiq\xe2\x80\x99s solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers
  • Selling our DWH/BI application to a large number of accounts in the local territory
  • Sales lead generation and pipeline management using SalesForce, SAP, Oracle CRM, or any popular CRM platforms with regular, complete, and concise updates Forecast accurately and execute deal closures in a structured and transparent manner
  • Collaborate across Oracle Line of Business stakeholders in the defined territory and within the various teams within the ISV organization
  • Strategically engage customers with the view of building key relationships and creating the foundation for Application purchases
  • Creating a tailored \xe2\x80\x98case for transformation\xe2\x80\x99 and solution proposal with supporting business cases for each opportunity
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Competency in positioning the portfolio at the \xe2\x80\x9cC\xe2\x80\x9d level at a business, IT, and operational level.
    Building a deep and active engagement model with Clients
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application
  • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition
  • Achieve revenue targets for our DWH/BI solutions for the EMEA region selling both to existing customers and to new logos
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in an area of specialization
  • Interaction with C-level players
  • 50% of travel is needed

Knowledge and skills:
  • Min. 7 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent
  • Successful sales track record
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle\'s competitors
  • Ability to penetrate accounts, and meet with stakeholders within accounts
  • Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
  • Strong combined sales & business development skills
  • Proven network of executive-level contacts within the local region
  • Demand Forecasting
  • Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle\'s competitors
  • Previous experience in business intelligence and Data Warehouse Solutions
  • Self-starter/independent worker
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner management experience would be beneficial
  • Proven problem-solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills
