Description:

You will be responsible as Oracle DBA for the design, implementation, support and maintenance of oracle databases at our customer sites

Experienced in Installation, Configuration, Tuning, Troubleshooting, Backup & Recovery, Patching, Upgrading, Migration and all DBA tasks for Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server on all platforms.

This role also includes architecting, building and scaling databases for future data growth and capacity. He will also be responsible for security, performance and availability of data to authorized users.

Responsibilities

:

Creates and maintains all databases required for development, testing and production usage.

Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases.

As DBA you will works closely with system administration staff because computers often have applications or tools on them in addition to the Oracle Databases.

Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances.

Install new versions of the Oracle RDBMS and its tools and any other tools that access the Oracle database.

Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database.

Install Oracle IAS, SOA and web logic Install & Configure Oracle Databaseg R1 & R2 Installation, Configuration and administration of Oracle RAC.

Handling all database, RAC and application server issues Doing many of Oracle Training and workshops.

Installation and configuration of Oracle application server Installation of Oracle web logic Advising customer on backup/recovery scenario Handling and managing*7 days critical production database.

Data guardg with diff. protection modes Backup & Recovery using RMAN and other tools Monitoring and administrating large scale database (like banking and police databases)

At least five years of full-time progressive DBA experience with Oracle certifications such as OCP

Familiar with Elastic Search

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
