We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Optometrist
with strong expertise inLASIK and refractive surgery assessment
to join our ophthalmology team. The ideal candidate will be confident in pre-operative evaluation, patient counselling, post-operative care, and managing refractive cases with high accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for LASIK eligibility. Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments. Provide patient counselling and education on refractive surgery options. Assist surgeons and coordinate refractive surgery workflow. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure high clinical standards. Diagnose, manage and refer ocular conditions when necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
as an Optometrist. Hands-on experience inLASIK, SMILE, or other refractive surgery procedures
. Valid license to practice in the UAE MOH (or eligibility letter). Strong communication and patient-handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.Benefits:
