Job Description
Location: Dubai
Experience: Minimum 2 years with DHA experience
Salary: AED 4,500 - 5,500
Week Off: Any day except Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages
Diagnose vision issues and prescribe suitable corrective lenses
Perform refraction, visual acuity tests, and other standard optometry assessments
Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with DHA guidelines
Identify eye health concerns and recommend further medical evaluation when required
Deliver high-quality customer service and patient care
Operate diagnostic equipment such as autorefractors, tonometers, and slit lamps
Provide guidance on eye care, lens usage, and follow-up procedures
Coordinate with sales staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow DHA regulations, optical retail standards, and hygiene protocols
