We are a highly reputed(Optical Retailer)in Dubai, dedicated to providing outstanding clinical care and premium optical dispensing. We are looking for a dynamic Optometrist who excels in both clinical practice and retail sales to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose defects, and provide accurate prescriptions.
Active Dispensing and Sales: Drive sales of frames, lenses, and contact lenses, leveraging clinical knowledge to advise patients. (50% of the role involves sales and dispensing).
Achieve commercial sales targets for the optical division.
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and ensure full compliance with DHA clinical standards.
Provide exceptional patient education and follow-up care.
Mandatory Requirements

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria without exception:
-Licensing (Critical): Must possess a VALID and CURRENT DHA Optometrist License.
-Experience (Dual Role): Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience as an Optometrist, with a proven and demonstrated track record in optical retail sales and dispensing .
-Education: Bachelor's Degree in Optometry or equivalent from an accredited institution.
-Communication: Fluent and professional command of the English language.
