Job Description
We're in search of a dedicated and skilled
Store Manager/Optometrist
who holds avalid DHA license
, possesses strong business sense, and has a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer care.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store activities, resolving any operational issues as they arise. Manage the ordering of products and maintain effective communication with suppliers. Supervise inventory control, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely restocking. Identify ways to enhance revenue and put in place strategies to increase store performance. Offer a warm and professional customer experience, handling their needs with care. Keep track of market shifts and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. Handle complex customer issues with professionalism and ensure quick resolution. Set a strong example to encourage a motivated, results-driven team. Clearly communicate company goals and direction to the team. Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in retail. Licensed optometrist with a
valid DHA certification
. Proficient in English (spoken and written).A cooperative attitude and ability to work well within a team are essential for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
