Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist to join our medical team. The Ophthalmologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing eye diseases and vision disorders. The role requires excellent clinical knowledge, surgical skills, and patient care abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with eye diseases, injuries, and vision problems. Prescribe corrective lenses and medications as needed. Perform eye surgeries such as cataract removal, glaucoma treatment, and other corrective procedures. Conduct vision tests and interpret diagnostic results. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. Advise patients on proper eye care and preventive measures. Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans. Stay updated with advancements in ophthalmology and apply best practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Ophthalmology (MD/MS/DO/DNB or equivalent). Valid medical license to practice. Proven experience as an Ophthalmologist, with strong diagnostic and surgical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
