Operator/Technician - Water System Operators (DM, RO, WFI, Purified Water) Location: Muscat City, Oman We are seeking experienced Operator/Technicians to join our team as Water System Operators. As an Operator/Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water systems, including DM (Deionized Water), RO (Reverse Osmosis), WFI (Water for Injection), and purified water systems. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of water treatment processes will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our water systems. Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor DM, RO, WFI, and purified water systems, including associated equipment and instruments. - Perform routine testing and analysis of water samples to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Adjust system parameters and perform necessary maintenance to optimize system performance and minimize downtime. - Conduct regular inspections of water treatment equipment and components to identify and address any issues or malfunctions. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. - Maintain accurate records of system operation, maintenance activities, and water quality parameters. - Collaborate with the production team, quality control, and maintenance departments to address any water-related issues and ensure uninterrupted supply. Requirements: - Minimum 6 years to 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Operator/Technician, specifically in water system operations. - Qualifications: NCVT, ITI, or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields. - Strong knowledge and experience in operating DM, RO, WFI, and purified water systems. - Familiarity with water treatment processes and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical water systems. - Ability to conduct water quality testing and analysis using appropriate instruments and techniques. - Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve water system issues. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
