Operator Laser Cutting Machine

Job Description
Responsibilities: Machine Setup and Calibration:
- Set up fiber laser cutting machines based on job specifications.
- Calibrate machines to ensure accurate cutting and shaping of metal materials.
- Using the applicable CAD software, operate the machine as per the CAD design.
- Load and unload materials onto the laser cutting machine, ensuring proper alignment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Operate controls to regulate factors such as cutting speed, gas pressure, and power.
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision.
- Make adjustments to the machine settings to correct deviations from specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on the fiber laser machine to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members, including engineers and other operators, to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to coordinate workflow.
- Proven experience as a Fiber Laser Machine Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating fiber laser cutting machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills for laser machines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Laser Machine Operator: 5 years (Required)
