ADNOC Distribution markets, sells, and distributes transportation fuel to both retail and commercial customers. We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.

Job Purpose :

Carrying out operation & quality control checks in the satellite area.

Job Specific Accountabilities:

Monitors storage tanks.

• Provides operational and technical advice as and when/where needed on the areas of Aviation fuel handling, including into-plane services and HSE matters.
• Assists different locations of the Department in the updating/preparation of operating procedures and Work Instructions.
• Investigates serious operational problems and suggests suitable solutions for them.
• Ensures that all locations follow one HSE standard from technical and operational requirements.
• Ensures that all locations use the same testing methods, quality monitoring inspections and maintain proper recording system and carries out training at locations as required.
• Resolves certain operational problem and communicates (e-mail, fax or by telephone) with external contacts, i.e. Aviation Advisors, Sas Al Nakhl Refinery, Manager Quality Control & Lab and accordingly recommend proper corrective action to the Aviation Operations Department Manager.
• Carries out periodical inspections of Aviation Facilities within the Company including customers\' facilities as and when requested by the Department Manager.
• Assists management in preparation of annual budget for the Aviation Operations Department.
• Investigates customer complains in all Aviation Depots and follows up corrective/preventive actions and reports to the Manager.
• Co-ordinates and facilitates QMS Audits and other external/internal and airlines audits and inspections. Reports inspections results and recommendations to the Manager.
• Follow up the recommendations and ensures compliance within the company rules/ regulations and closes audit reports.
• Attends meetings of different Airport Committees (IMS, SAG, AEC, ROC).
• Carries out inspections of different locations/job sites to ensure ISO Operational procedures are implemented and the staffs have the competencies to perform the jobs, as requested by the Department Manager.
• Prepares/amends operational procedures (work instructions) for each location as per International Aviation Operations Standard requirement and as per QMS Non Compliance Reports in co-ordination with Aviation Teams Managers.
• Represent the division as co-ordinator in balance scorecard, performance agreement plan & ISO 9001-2000, 14001 & 18001, JIG & other Aviation Committees.
• Co-ordinates for new project implementation, from the operational point of view, within the Aviation Operations Department. Monitors new projects from the design stage to the commissioning of the project. Reports progress / issues to the Department Manager.
• Carries out inspection of Customers Aircraft Fuelling facilities at onshore and offshore locations and prepares reports and submit to Aviation Operations Department Manager.
• Ensures compliance with all airport regulations, company policies and procedures, aviation operations standards.
• Carries out other related jobs and tasks as and when required by the Management.

Minimum Qualification :

Technical Diploma in relevant field or Secondary School Certificate

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

Technical Diploma in relevant field or Secondary School Certificate

Should have a very good communication skills

Valid UAE driving License is a plus.
