Scope of work
:Operate, monitor, and adjust, control the machinery. Feed raw-materials Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines, reporting any technical problems to the maintenance team. Ensure all equipment runs efficiently to minimize downtime. Check output regularly to spot any machine-related technical issues Inspect products during production to ensure they meet company quality standards. Address issues like defects, inconsistencies, or malfunctions. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Fix issues that might occur during the shift. Monitor and report on raw material levels (e.g., pulp, chemicals, etc.), and ensure adequate stock is available for the production process. Maintain production logs, machine settings, and quality check data.
Qualifications
:Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as Tissue Factory Operations. Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in an industrial setting. Good communication skills (English) and the ability to coordinate tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
