Operative Manager
of our new branch.
Role Overview
The Operative Manager will lead the daily operations of the center, support the staff team, ensure premium service quality, and drive the growth of the branch. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, sports, recovery, and innovative health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operation of the branch, staff, and scheduling
Oversee the client journey, ensuring top-tier service quality
Maintain facility standards, equipment readiness, and treatment flow
Support marketing initiatives, partnerships, and customer retention
Monitor performance, memberships, and business goals
Represent the Recovery Labb brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
Wide knowledge of biohacking and modern recovery treatments
(e.g. cryotherapy, red light therapy, hbot, compression, breathwork, etc.)
Sports enthusiast
with a genuine interest in performance, fitness, and wellbeing
Willingness to learn and grow
within a progressive wellness environment
Experience in wellness, sports, hospitality, or spa operations is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Customer service mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
English required; Arabic is a plus
