We're looking for an
Operations Personnel
who can own the day-to-day execution -- someone who thrives under pressure, doesn't wait for instructions, and knows how to make things move.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations between production, design, and site teams
Track project timelines, materials, and deliveries -- ensure zero delays* Supervise warehouse works, and logistics where needed
Communicate clearly with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Maintain checklists and ensure quality standards on all ongoing jobs
Troubleshoot issues on-site or in the workshop and provide solutions fast
Support the Production Manager in planning, scheduling, and reporting
Keep control of inventory and assist with procurement follow-ups
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in
interior fit-out
,
joinery
, or
exhibition
industries
Strong understanding of
production flow
,
materials
, and
site coordination
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be
proactive, accountable, and reliable
